Sandy Bay schools are serviced regularly by Routes 401 & 402.

- Route 401 travels City - Sandy Bay Shops - York St - University - Churchill Ave in both directions.
- Route 402 travels City - Sandy Bay Shops - Sandy Bay Rd - Lower Sandy Bay in both directions.

Services travelling outbound from the City on Route 401 return as Route 402, and vice-versa.

Please note that during school hours, Routes 401 & 402 do not travel via Nelson Rd. Students should use bus stops on Churchill Ave or Sandy Bay Rd to access these services.
** Regent St and Antill St are serviced by Routes 501 & 601. Refer to the University timetable for further details.

This service commences from Woodbridge at 6.45am, and TERMINATES IN MACQUARIE ST outside St David's Cathedral at 7.50am. All students must TRANSFER to connecting general access and school bus services.

Routes 501 & 601 commence from and terminate at University Stop 12, located on Churchill Avenue.

In Hobart City Interchange, Routes 501 & 601 travelling TOWARDS University depart from Franklin Square (Elizabeth St) Stop D3. Services to Glenorchy & Shoreline set down and pick up at Elizabeth St Stops A1 & A3 respectively.

- Route 501 travels between the University and Glenorchy (in both directions) via Regent St, City & all stops via Main Rd.
- Route 601 travels between the University and Howrah-Shoreline (in both directions) via Regent St, City, Rosny Park-Eastlands and Clarence St.
