Metro is committed to ensuring that the services we provide are accessible to and inclusive of all people, including people with disabilities. We want to make sure our community has access to all of the services, programs, facilities, information and communication systems and employment opportunities that Metro provides.
Apart from exceptional circumstances, all of Metro’s bus services are now provided by wheelchair-accessible low-floor buses.
Metro’s Accessibility and Inclusion Plan outlines key projects and areas Metro is working hard to progress in this important area for the period between 2024-2029.
