Metro Depot Offices
We have a Metro Depot Office in each of our three networks:
Hobart – Depot Office at 212 Main Road open 8:30am-10am and 2pm-4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Launceston – Depot Office at 168 Wellington Street open 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Burnie – Depot Office at 28 Strahan Street open 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
If you are collecting lost property, please make sure you have completed a lost property report before attending one of our depot offices.
Support Hotline – 13 22 01
Assistance is available via the Support Hotline on 13 22 01. The hotline is staffed 8:30am-10am and 2pm-4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with urgent messages monitored outside of these hours.
If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment, you can contact us through the National Relay Service.
