The Workplace Health, Safety and Environment Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining Work Health & Safety and Environment policies, procedures, systems and practices to support increased safety leadership, workforce engagement, safety performance, and development and maintenance of a culture that supports the safe and efficient delivery of passenger transport services across Tasmania.
This is a key leadership role within Metro, and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to positively influence an improving safety culture at all levels within the business.
The role will suit candidates with strong negotiation and communication skills, as well as demonstrated technical competence.
