Reporting to the General Manager People and Safety, the WHSE Administrator will be responsible for the coordination of all administrative duties within the People and Safety team. Focusing on:

  • Workers compensation
  • Coordination of meeting schedules and papers
  • Completion of monthly reporting
  • Purchase orders/invoicing
  • Management of WHS online platform in conjunction with other team members

As the WHSE Administrator, you will represent our organisation with your friendly, professional approach. You’ve been described as energetic and proactive and you thrive in a fast-paced setting. You love working with people, providing exceptional customer service and support to all levels of staff and management. Your multi-tasking skills are second to none, along with your effective communication and you understand the importance of maintaining confidentiality in a commercially sensitive environment.

To be successful you will need to have, be working towards or be willing to undertake a Certificate IV in WHS, as well as previous experience in an administrative role within a medium to large business. You will also have had exposure to maintaining administrative systems, data analysis, producing written reports and most importantly have the drive to go the extra mile; making a positive difference to those you work with.
