We are looking for three individuals to join our team on a full-time basis as Operations Team Leaders. Operations Team Leaders will be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to day operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of bus services. The role reports directly to the Operations Manager (South).
Need to do
Three key accountabilities for the role are:
- Directly lead, coach and manage a diverse team to drive engagement and change, whilst supporting a proactive safety culture
- Coordinate all aspects of all daily bus services and ensure the highest possible compliance is met with regard to scheduled route services, maintenance of the fleet and revenue management
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of relevant records required by internal and external stakeholders
Need to have
- Demonstrated leadership capability able to coach and manage the performance of a diverse team to achieve targets
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships and resolve disputes
- Well-developed problem-solving skills to manage complex situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to produce documents that are clear, accurate and concise
- Exceptional organisational skills to enable the coordination of a variety of tasks. Including prioritising, planning and completing work activities within established timeframes
