Metro Tasmania Pty Ltd is a state owned company established in 1998 operating bus services in Hobart, Launceston and Burnie.

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Operational Advisor to join Metro Tasmania to support our current Customer Services department in Hobart.
Reporting to the State Customer Services Manager the Senior Operational Advisor will provide technical and administrative support to the State Customer Services Manager as well as support and advice to the Operational division of Metro.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support operational events/ projects as directed by the State Customer Services Manager
- Coordinate documentation of minutes, filing and other office related tasks
- Analyse operational data/system/KPIs- report findings and recommendations for improvements to the State Customer Services Manager
- Advise and instruct Operations Officers on compliance requirements within day to day functions including policies and procedures.
- Strategic planning for projects and monitoring resource requirements
- Provide operational support and advice to the broader Customer Services Team
To be successful in this role you would have a Certificate IV in Business (or equivalent) along with strong computer skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
