Working as part of our People and Safety Team, success for this role will involve partnering with stakeholders to implement a contemporary approach to organisational design, learning and development, workforce planning and performance management.
The role will involve providing high quality advice, assistance & coaching to the business in a range of HR and associated areas. This role will work collaboratively on a range of business wide projects and initiatives. The Senior Human Resource Advisor is accountable for ensuring a culture of performance, in line with Metro’s values, is developed and nurtured.
