An exciting opportunity is available for a permanent full time experienced People & Culture leader to join the Metro team.
The role will report directly to the Chief People Officer and will provide contemporary specialist advice and support in the areas of:
- Employee relations
- Remuneration
- Recruitment & selection
- Employment lifecycle management
- Reward & recognition
- Employee engagement and culture
- Job design and evaluation
