Metro Tasmania Pty Ltd operates bus services in Hobart, Launceston and Burnie and is the largest passenger transport company in Tasmania.
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our Launceston based Customer Service Team as an Operational Support Coordinator.
The key duties of this full time position will include:
- Provision of customer service for our internal and external customers
- Process operational requests, and assist with other administrative tasks
- Assist in the planning and delivery of special events
- Assist with all Workers Compensation and MAIB claims
- Production and distribution of reports and correspondence
To apply for this role you should have high level interpersonal and customer service skills which are supported by excellent written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will have demonstrated computer literacy skills including spreadsheets, databases and word processing and have highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing operational requirements.
