Reporting to the General Manager, the Manager Service Delivery (South) is responsible for leadership of the Bus Operator workforce to deliver services in Southern Tasmania.
To excel in this role, you will be a customer focused service delivery/operations professional with at least five years experience, including two years leading a large operations/service delivery team (or equivalent).
You will be an excellent leader with demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively in partnership with business units and external agencies, and promote the monitoring, review and maintenance of a proactive safety and continuous improvement culture, which underpins our performance and success. A degree or diploma in management, transport or operations would be highly regarded.
