As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving the people strategy within our organisation.
About you
In this position, you will be a trusted partner supporting Leaders with workplace relations, resolving issues and championing an atmosphere of collaboration and understanding. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will collaborate with senior leaders and provide strategic HR guidance to enhance organisational effectiveness, support employee engagement, and ensure the delivery of a high-performing culture.
Within the People and Safety team, we partner to deliver an exciting strategic program that ultimately focuses on Metro delivering safe, reliable and efficient bus services.

- A strong background in HR business partnering, ideally in large, service-driven organisations.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and industrial relations.
- A track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR issues and provide practical, business-focused solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
