Reporting to General Manager People and Safety, the Human Resources Advisor – Workforce Capability co-ordinates a small team with responsibility for supporting the business through the delivery of Human Resources functions, including recruitment and training. The role also assists the General Manager and operational areas in achieving their strategic agenda, as it relates to workforce capability, to ensure Metro has an engaged and skilled workforce to support the delivery of passenger transport services.

To excel in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional, and hold a relevant tertiary qualification. You will have demonstrated your ability to build relationships and work effectively in partnership with business units, and to develop and implement policy and procedure.
