Reporting to the General Manager People and Safety, you will provide high quality advice, assistance and coaching to the business in a range of HR and associated areas. Balancing various human resource demands across Metro’s business units you will have the demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and manage competing requirements.
To be successful you will;
- Have proven ability to positively contribute to workplace culture
- Demonstrated excellence in contemporary Human Resource leadership, strategic thinking and effective engagement
- Be able to prioritise, plan and complete a range of strategic and operational functions whilst upholding the organisations values and policies
You will hold relevant tertiary qualifications and a minimum of five years demonstrated competence working within a complex operational environment.
