Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager Business Improvement Services holds a pivotal role in providing strategic advice, with a focus on the planning and development of passenger transport services and managing key stakeholder relationships.
You will work closely with your team and our broader business to develop and implement strategies to ensure services provided by Metro are customer focused and sustainable. Your leadership will help the business make the best use of our resources by fostering innovative improvements across systems and processes.
To excel in this role, you will have senior management experience across a complex environment, ideally with quantitative discipline expertise. You will have demonstrated your capacity to build relationships and work effectively across the business, and to develop and implement agreed objectives at executive level, resulting in positive outcomes. Proven experience in managing procurement and negotiating contractual agreements is also highly desirable.
