The Metro Shop are recruiting for a Full Time Customer Service Consultant.
The successful candidate will live and breathe customer service, be a motivated contributor to the team; providing product and service information in a professional and courteous manner though face to face, telephone and electronic customer channels.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Responding to inbound enquiries via two Metro Shops, hotline, webmail channels and social media ensuring that contact meets or exceeds the expectations of Metro customers
- Greet visitors and customers at Springfield and CBD Metro Shops
- Process GreenCard applications with accuracy and efficiency
