Reporting to the General Manager Business Improvement Services, the Contracts and Business Performance Advisor manages and provides expert advice in relation to Metro’s passenger service contracts with the Tasmanian Government, as well as the procurement and administration of supplier contracts. The role also has responsibility for business performance analysis and corporate reporting, with support from a Business Analyst as a direct report.
To excel in this role, you will have professional experience working in a similar senior position, and a relevant tertiary qualification. You will have demonstrated your ability to prepare reports and statistics for a range of internal and external audiences by applying your high level writing and analytical skills. You will also have experience with identifying and evaluating business improvement opportunities, informed by research and analysis.
