About you

Reporting to the Program Manager, as Change Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of Organisational Change related to Metro’s program of work to deliver Organisational capability uplift.

You will be responsible for ensuring a range of transformative changes across Metro including implementation of various Intelligent Transport System initiatives that provide Organisational wide opportunities.  Your leadership in Organisational Change will ensure the program of work is strategically positioned, planned, well socialised, and successfully managed.

  • At least five years’ experience implementing organisational change in an operationally focused, customer oriented, service-oriented company.
  • Well-developed understanding and practical experience in applying industry standard change management models/methodologies, for example ADKAR or SCARF models, nudge theory.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with proven ability to negotiate complex issues and to collaborate, manage and seek out the input of diverse stakeholders.
  • A person must satisfy pre-employment checks before taking up the appointment. The following checks are conducted:
    • Police check; and
    • Medical assessment.
  • Current drivers’ licence (desirable).
