Reporting to the Metro Shop Team Leader, these newly established roles will be responsible for assisting Metro customers with travel in our networks in Hobart, Launceston and Burnie.
The Metro Shop and the Metro Hotline provide product and service information across a range of channels, and play a particularly vital role in supporting passengers who are new to our networks, including visitors to Tasmania.
Whilst familiarity with Metro’s Hobart network would be advantageous, we’ll provide training around our fares and ticketing, and routes and services. You will have demonstrated experience in a customer service role, and know that you enjoy the challenge of a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.
