We are undertaking a program or work to modernise Metro, including implementing various Intelligent Trasport System initiatives. To assist with this transformation, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Business Analyst to be a key force in shaping our future business state. The offer is a fixed-term contract till 30 June 2026.
About you
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be a strategic thinker with an enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making and problem solving. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather the requirements and provide insights to drive efficiencies.
You will:
• Have strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with proven ability to negotiate complex issues and to collaborate, manage and seek out the input of diverse stakeholders.
• An understanding of and demonstrated application of Lean & BPMN methodologies, or similar to Business Process Modelling Notation
• An understanding of and demonstrated application of BABoK
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies, practices and processes as the digital industry evolves.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations for decision-making.
• Satisfy pre-employment checks before taking up the appointment.
The following checks are conducted:
- Police check.
Hold a current driver’s licence (desirable).
