Metro is developing a new sustainability strategy — and we’re asking for your input.
The 3–5 minute Sustainable Future Survey asks for your views on Metro’s impact in areas like environmental sustainability, social equity, and governance.
Your feedback will directly shape our approach and ensure we meet the evolving needs of the Tasmanian community.
As a thank you, customers who complete the survey will go in the draw to win one of three $100 gift cards.

Prize T&Cs apply
1. The prize draw is open to all participants who fully complete the Metro Tasmania Sustainable Future Survey during the survey period and opt in to the draw by providing their contact details (full name and valid email address).
2. The survey may only be completed once per person.
3. The survey period runs from 7-27 April 2025.
4. Three winners will be randomly drawn from eligible pool of participants.
5. Three prizes are available, each consisting of one (1) $200 Visa gift card.
6. Winners will be notified via their nominated email address by 30 April 2025.
7. Gift cards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8. Prize must be claimed in person from one of Metro’s Depots in Burnie, Launceston or Hobart.
9. Winners have 48 hours to respond via email to accept their prize. If a winner does not respond to their prize email within 48 hours, the prize will be redrawn.
10. Metro Tasmania reserves the right to validate survey entries and disqualify duplicate or incomplete responses.
