Are you heading into Hobart for the Dark Mofo’s Ogoh-Ogoh procession, Dark Park or Winter Feast on Sunday, 18 June? Let us get you there!

To celebrate the Dark Mofo’s final Sunday night, Metro is offering FREE TRAVEL for all passengers across the entire Hobart network on Sunday 18 June 2023 between 3.00pm and 9.00pm, regardless of where you are traveling. Simply jump on board!

If using this service, please ensure you abide by Metro’s Conditions of Travel.

No, free travel is only available on Sunday, 18 June between 3:00pm and 9:00pm.

I’m traveling in Launceston or Burnie, can I travel for free? 

Unfortunately, this free travel promotion is only available in the Metro Hobart network on Sunday, 18 June 2023.

Do I need to tap my GreenCard for free travel? 

No, you do not need to tap your GreenCard.  Simply, board any Hobart Metro bus between 3:00pm and 9:00pm on Sunday, 18 June 2023.
